Adult & Child

Swimming lessons are for children aged 5 months - 4 years. Our goal is to teach your baby to swim and learn how to be safe around the water, using play and song. Learning to swim at an early age reduces chances of children developing a fear of the water. All Adult and Child sessions take place in the fitness pool, and a parent/guardian must be in the water at all times.
